Housekeepers

Job Purpose

Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a reliable and well-presented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. As a Front Desk Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. The ideal candidate will be personable, detail-oriented, and able to handle various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide friendly and efficient service at the front desk.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Complete the check-in/check-out process accurately and efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments.
  • Assist with reservations by utilizing the hotel’s booking system and ensuring accuracy of information.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby and guest waiting area.
  • Assist with handling and appropriately resolving guest complaints and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate promptly with other hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Further studies of any level in the field is preferred.

The Role

The Waiter provides hotel guests and colleagues with personalized and efficient food & beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the restaurants & bars assigned to him/her. Prepares his/her working station (mis en place), takes food & beverage orders, collaborates with peers in a constructive way, and creates unique moments for hotel guests. Moreover, he / she has a thorough knowledge of all F&B offerings in the hotel, willing to inform and advise guests when needed.

  • Welcome guests instantly in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Has full knowledge of the restaurant-bar menu and advises guests if requested.
  • Serves food & beverage menu items to guests.
  • Communicates additional meal requirements, allergies, nutritional needs and special requests in the kitchen.
  • Check with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Mis en place according to meal hours.
  • Immaculate grooming standards.
  • Thorough knowledge on all food & beverage menu items and their current trends.
  • FIFO, HACCP practices understanding.

Operating Environment

  • Thorough knowledge of POS systems.
  • HACCP & ISO working knowledge and understanding.

Experience: Stand alone / or a 5* star hotel restaurant & bar environment.

Spa Therapist

Spa Therapists will be involved in all the operations of beauty, health and wellness in our spa and gym.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of treatments including massage.
  • Manage and carry out procedures, have knowledge of treatments, and ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa and other beauty outlets, and restock fruits, water, juices and towel supplies.
  • Support the reception team by taking spa bookings, maximizing treatment opportunities and keeping guest record cards up to date.
  • Recommend best treatment options and additional services to drive the sales of treatments and products, maximizing sales opportunities with walk-in guests.
  • Keep updated with the latest treatments and techniques.
  • Give prescriptive and rebooking advice in services, packages and products, to drive product and service sales.
  • Achieve full customer care requirements in treatment and product recommendation.
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.

Requirements

  • Beauty qualification as Aesthetician or Physiotherapist graduate, from TEI (Technological Educational Institute) or any relevant private school is required.
  • Experience as a Spa Therapist in a similar position in a 5* or luxury/boutique hotel.
  • Hands-on experience in massage techniques.
  • Holistic qualifications (Reiki, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage) are beneficial.
  • Carrying out a range of treatments to an extremely high standard.
  • Experience in sales will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English language; an additional foreign language will be considered an asset.
  • Communication and customer service skills.
