views to the sea, RAW, the new restaurant at the WILD hotel is a feast for the senses. A dinner only restaurant, the new RAW at the WILD hotel is an ode to raw delights. Blessed with a unique location, curved
on the rocks, the RAW is secluded and private, a place to be seduced and enjoy
a fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese flavours.
Tables for two, four or six are scattered in different levels surrounded by the wildly beautiful scenery and the inspiring views to the sea. Emphasis is on delectable seafood, sourced daily by local fishermen and sushi prepared masterfully by Greek- Japanese chef Kazuaki Shitamori.
